This moves TestUtil#runMainLooperUntil and
TestUtil#createRobolectricConditionVariable to a new RobolectricUtil
class.
Also move testutil classes that use Robolectric-related utils classes
(e.g. TestPlayerRunHelper, TestDownloadManagerListener).
