End to end test for WebVTT sideloaded subtitles · 4b3cbfd6

Enable subtitle output in the PlaybackOutput and disable the text
renderer in the MkvPlaybackTest. Add WebvttPlaybackTest to test the
output of side-loaded WebVTT subtitles.
