Offline: store MIME type and keySetId

Replace `type` with (optional) `mimeType` and add `keySetId` in
DownloadRequest. The DownloadHelper infers the downloading method (DASH,
HLS, SmoothStreaming or Progressive) from the content's MIME type and
URI.
