Remove the media3 `MediaLibraryInfoTest` from exoplayer2

This was added in https://github.com/google/ExoPlayer/commit/75cde0aa4780371dabce8b847179aec8170891db
but was accidentally exported to the exoplayer2 GitHub repo (where
`MediaLibraryInfo` is not present).
