Options

Add Java FLAC extractor 

Seeking, live streams support and exposure of vorbis and ID3 data
are not part of this commit.

Issue: #6406

from API 23, tunneled renderer must send a special timestamp on EOS.
Previously the EOS was reported when the input stream reached EOS.
