Options

Implement UTC time synchronization for DASH Live. 

Support is provided for the following schemes:

urn:mpeg:dash:utc:direct:2012
urn:mpeg:dash:utc:http-iso:2014
urn:mpeg:dash:utc:http-xsdate:2012
urn:mpeg:dash:utc:http-xsdate:2014
