Add playlist and seek operations to SimpleBasePlayer

These are the remaining setter operations. They all share the same logic that handles playlist and/or position changes. The logic to create the placeholder state is mostly copied from ExoPlayerImpl's maskTimelineAndPosition and getPeriodPositonUsAfterTimelineChanged.
